Eustis Limequat Tree – Citrus japonica Citrus aurantiifolia ‘Eustis’
Cold hardy limes! The Eustis limequat tree is derived from breeding the Key Lime tree with the cold hardy round kumquat tree. The results is a thin-skinned lime, very much in flavor and character of a Florida Key Lime. The highly productive trees bear limes year round in mild winter areas. They make one of the finest container plants for the patio gardener. Self fertile. Cutting grown trees, not grafted. Zones 8B-10.
