BAYLEAF (Laurus nobilis)
The real deal from the Mediterranean. Easy to grow evergreen, very winter hardy to Zone 8b. Young leaves are used to flavor
soups, stews and stuffings. Excellent hedge or container plant.

CURRY LEAF PLANT (Murraya koenigii)
Native to India, the leaves are used in curries. Can survive brief frosts but not freezes. Plant can grow to 10ft. Full sun

LEMONGRASS (Cymbopogon citratus) Fast
growing clumper to three feet. Leaves are used in herb teas. Fleshy
base of stem used in many Southeast Asian dishes. Imparts a

THAI GINGER (Alpina galanga) A beautiful
low-growing lily. Ginger thrives in rich, well-drained, moist soils. The
roots can be harvested year `round. They have a delightful
spicy-hot flavor commonly used in Asian dishes, cakes and breads. In
Asia, where this variety grows wild, both the pungent spicy roots
and the tender young shoots are harvested. Thai ginger is
